We go in Search of Jersey Cudweed

We found Jersey Cudweed in three new locations viz.

South Gipsy Road: TQ4775
South Close: TQ4775
Upton Road: TQ4875

En-route to Danson Park (from South Gipsy Road), we looked for Wild Flowers on an obviously Regularly Mown &c. Grassed Area (including two Raised Areas), sandwiched between Park View Road and Danson Mead (Grid Ref. TQ4775).

Wild Flower' Species seen included:

Bird's-Foot Trefoil
Black Horehound
Black Medick
Bristly Oxtongue viz.

Buck's-Horn Plantain
Common Ragwort
Dove's-Foot Crane's-Bill
Dwarf Mallow viz.

Fat Hen
Field Bindweed viz.

Germander Speedwell
Groundsel
Ribwort Plantain
Self-Heal viz.

Spotted Medick
White Clover viz.

and Yarrow

We didn't stay long in Danson Park after seeing that an area where previously Wild Flowers had grown, had been razed to the Ground.

We decided to return Home via Bexleyheath Station (in the hopes of photographing a Train) and Bostall Heath.

Our luck was in at the Station where we saw a Dartford-bound Train viz.

On to Bostall Heath where we were caught in a couple of Rain 'Showers and we saw quite few Butterflies viz. Essex, Large and Small Skippers, a couple of Commas, a Green-Veined White, a Peacock, a Red Admiral, a Marbled White and Meadow Browns and Ringlets:

We also popped over to where the Heather grows hoping to find some Bell Heather which we did viz.

We also saw some Purple Toadflax viz.
