London City Airport seems to be partially operational again

We bicycled to Woolwich to look for the Skullcap seen previously: and were surprised and pleased to see a few aircraft flying into the nearby City Airport viz.

And Bulk Carrier, Saint Dimitrios, was moored at Thames Refinery Outer viz.

PS... and yes, we saw the Skullcap viz.
