Whilst waiting to hear about House Arrest...

and with the Sun Shining, we decided to walk along the Public Footpath that connects Bazelgette Way and the Crossness Nature Reserve viz. the Footpath running behind the Crossness Sewage Works, in search of Butterflies &c.

Butterflies seen: Brimstone Butterfly (one) and Peacock Butterfly (three).

Common Field-Speedwell
Cow Parsley
Creeping Cinquefoil
Daisy
Dandelion
Garlic Mustard
Giant Hogweed
Goat's-Rue
Great Horsetail
Hogweed
Lesser Celandine
Primrose
Red Dead-Nettle viz.


Ribwort Plantain
and White Dead-Nettle plus our first Common Carder Bee of the year viz.

Footnote: it seems we might not be placed under House Arrest. Phew...
