A Brief Visit to Bostall Heath (the Royal Borough of Greenwich)

For seemingly the Umpteenth Time this Spring, Winter has returned.

But since it wasn't Raining, after doing some Shopping, we decided to visit Bostall Heath (Grid Reference TQ4777), located in the nearby Royal Borough of Greenwich, to look for Wild Flowers (alas, no chance of Butterflies and other Critters).

Plant Species seen included:

Balkan Spurge (the first time that we have ever seen it) viz.

Bluebell
Broad-Leaved Dock
Broom
Buck's-Horn Plantain
Bush Vetch viz.

Common Ragwort
Coral Spurge (mentioned in Kent Botany 2016) viz.

Cow Parsley
Creeping Thistle
Dove's-Foot Crane's-Bill
Garlic Mustard
Geranium (an assumed Garden Plant: possibly Geranium macrorrhizum?) viz.

Gorse
Honesty
Ribwort Plantain
Round-Leaved Crane's-Bill
Sheep's-Sorrel
and Sowbread viz.

We will be submitting some Records for this Monad to the Kent Botanical Recording Group (KBRG).
