Spring is finally Bounding along: but Time Flies and it's Not Long Now until Summer

We took a turn around the Crossness Nature Reserve and Surrounding area viz.

Plants Eking out an Existence in the Road where we Live

We have often glanced at the Plants growing in Cracks in the Road where we live and have finally taken a closer look.

Possibly the most interesting (and surprising) Plant is one growing in a Crack in the Middle of the Road viz.

We initially thought, Cotoneaster, since there are some Cotoneaster Plants growing nearby. But a Sharp Thorn made us think, Pyracantha. However, it was subsequently suggested that it is actually a Quince.

Back to Bostall Heath (the Royal Borough of Greenwich)

What a difference a few days makes (see also, 'A Brief Visit to Bostall Heath (the Royal Borough of Greenwich' ~ 28 April 2018).

A Damp and Dreary Day (Saturday) was replaced by a Warm and Sunny Day (Tuesday).

So not only did we see Wild Flowers but there were Bees, Butterflies (Green-Veined White, Holly Blue, Small White, Speckled Wood and Unidentified White Butterflies) and other Little Critters to be seen viz.

Lesser Swine-Cress viz.

and (assumed) Wood Sage viz.
